Leaderbuild II—Advanced Coaching and Communication

Much of the time we are habitually listening for something, but this holds you and your people back.

This advanced class focuses on refinement of your coaching skills and increasing your self-awareness. When leaders improve these things in themselves, they can be more effective with others.

While Leaderbuild I was primarily focused on using the coaching tools to work with others, a substantial portion of Leaderbuild II is focused on you as the leader.

Building on the tools from Leaderbuild, in Advanced Coaching and Communication you’ll get a clear picture of your listening and communication gaps, feedback on your communication and coaching, three new tools for your toolbox, and a new application of the basic tools.

Completion of Leaderbuild -Coaching Tools for Leaders is a prerequisite of Leaderbuild II
