Consulting
Most consultants and coaches are solving the wrong problems.
I understand people, and am happy to consult on any project that involves helping people overcome roadblocks, do better work, and have better experiences. I understand all the ways people underperform. I understand what causes underperformance, and I know what to do about it.
Often the issue with an individual, team, or company is not what it seems. I have a gift for listening to what people say and hearing what the real problem is—as distinct from what they think it is.
I use this gift in my coaching practice, but it is extremely valuable in consulting projects as well.
For a consultant to be valuable, they must be able to create results. Most consultants and coaches are solving the wrong problems. This lack of clarity is frustration for everyone and wastes valuable time and money.

Training and Facilitation
When was the last time you lost track of time in a training or seminar?
In a world full of recycled content and boring trainings, I bring value, brand new ideas, and fun to the training room. People tell me all the time how the time flew by. That is a sign of an inspired participant.
I have a knack for simplifying complex ideas and challenging topics. With subtle humor, a little provocation, and a ton of value, I can quickly and reliably turn a training environment into a learning environment, creating receptivity, inspiration, and an atmosphere where people can play full-out.
Part contrarian, part provocateur, and all value, as a trainer I am talented, approachable, and completely committed to leaving my audience better than I found them.
As a trainer I…
- Challenge people’s thinking without being challenging.
- Help people see things in a different way, without making them wrong about the old way.
- Communicate with people in a way that encourages them to go out and take action.
- Leave people with a new way of thinking and most importantly the ability to implement the tools and take action immediately.
I don’t bring the old tired and weary content repackaged. I do bring new, fresh, and accessible ideas. Audiences consistently remark that they learned something brand new and heard something they had never heard before.
Facilitating
I have a knack for simplifying complex ideas and challenging topics.
People and people issues do not scare me.
I can hear what people are really saying and help people find common ground they did not even know was available to them.
